The Dangers of Microwaving Foods

Because microwave ovens are so convenient and energy efficient very few homes or restaurants are without them, in fact over 90% of homes have microwave ovens used for meal preparation. In general, people believe that whatever a microwave oven does to foods cooked in it doesn't have any negative effect on either the food or them, and if it does, it likely doesn’t outweigh the incredible convenience.

Microwave ovens heat food through a process of creating molecular friction, but it’s a known fact that the method by which heat is produced causes internal damage to the delicate molecular structures of the vitamins and phytonutrients. You don't actually get radiation from eating micro waved foods, but you don't get much nutrition, either. Evidence suggests that microwaving vegetables destroys up to 97% of the nutritional content. Minerals are largely unaffected, however, so you'll still get the same magnesium, calcium and zinc in microwaved foods as you would in non-microwaved foods, but the all-important B vitamins, anthocyanins, flavonoids and other nutritional elements are easily destroyed by microwave ovens.

Consider this: Eating raw broccoli provides you with natural anti-cancer medicine that's extremely effective at halting the growth of cancer tumors. But microwaving that broccoli destroys the anti-cancer nutrients, rendering the food nutritionally depleted. There is evidence that microwaving destroys the natural harmony in water molecules, creating an energetic pattern of chaos in the water which is a component of all foods.

The result is a society in danger of being in a perpetual state of malnourishment, and with epidemic rates of diabetes, cancer, heart disease, depression, kidney failure, liver disorders and much more.

A far better and safer alternative to a microwave oven is to heat food in a toaster oven or a stovetop pan. It will clear up counter space and greatly enhance your dietary habits. It will take longer to cook your food, but you don't have to worry about all the dangers associated with microwave ovens.
